Dread - taking your seat on the plane, and finding your next door neighbour is an extroverted, long blinking, highly evangelical pastor clutching a bible. With a bad case of b.o. And the air vent is already on full but makes no difference. And he has just discovered that a long lost friend is sitting the row across from him, and they need to start recounting their lives to this point.
Relief- said pastor and long lost friend get moved by the flight attendant so they can spend some quality time together.

Oh my God!

I spied an angry looking guy with full dark beard and long dark hair, long black coat and black jeans (in summer) with his hands folded neatly in his lap and an eerily calm look on his face in the departure lounge. i said to chris "if i have to sit next to that guy i will die for sure". i was seated next to him. chris asked him if he would swap places so as to be seated next to chris not me. he said no. he spent the flight "sleeping" (everybody knows when someone is faking it) while an alarm - slash -menacing beeping (presumably watch) sounded from the depths of his B.O ridden (and i'm talking decades worth) coat. i didnt die but i nearly told on him to the air hostess.
